We have also acquired a Siberian Husky puppy, he’s now about a year old. Very affectionate, and so full of energy. I just wanted to take the time to write a testimonial to the excellent customer service I received from Airpets America. I have just sent my two BELOVED dogs, Tank and Riley, to Cape Town, South Africa, where I will be reunited with them in a few more days. Moving overseas is quite a project, but taking animals is actually the most complicated part!! This is my second time moving my dogs across the world, and I have to say you were honestly the ONLY reliable person I have dealt with during this endeavor!! My dogs are truly part of my family, and it is very difficult and nerve-wracking to hand them over to complete strangers for a 3-day ordeal. It was especially difficult for me since Tank is a bulldog and I had valid concerns for his safety on such a long trip. You were consistently patient with answering my questions and you always responded within 24 hours of my emails.... something that was apparently too difficult for everyone else I dealt with, including other shipping agents I contacted in the TX region. When I am spending this much money and the cargo is this precious, I expect nothing but the best, and you guys gave that to me!!

I just want to let you know that Tom has arrived in Amsterdam safely. He seemed to be taken care of very well. When we picked him up at the Animal Hotel he had already had some food and water, and they had cleaned his cage.
After the flight, we had a 90 minute drive to the temporary housing, where we are now. Tom is walking around like his usual self. He does not seem affected by the trip at all. He is happy and relaxed.

I recently used Airpets America to export our 7 pound Yorkshire Terrier from DFW Airport to Germany. I worked with Janet Gant who very thoroughly laid out the process for me, and made all the arrangements for his safe transportation including delivering him to the airport for departure. This was the first time we had ever shipped a pet anywhere and we were very anxious about the whole process. Janet was very professional and made us feel better about the safety of this process and also put us in contact with a freight company in Germany who specializes in handling animals. They were also very professional, and handled all the paperwork for us on the receiving end. All we had to do was show up, sign a couple of forms, and pick our little guy up. We will definitely use Airpets America again and I would highly recommend them to anyone shipping pets internationally.

Greta transported to Paris France!!!!
Greta travelled great!! I think she is doing the best out of all of us! She was very perky and spunky when Bryan picked her up and she has continued to be happy. She is eating well, sleeping great and hasn't missed a beat since getting here.
I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the work you did in helping us get her here! It was totally worth it and you made the process very easy. We had all the necessary documents needed and the French really gave us no trouble when picking her up. She seemed to have been handled very nicely and we appreciate that!
Please thank the ladies that took her in last Wednesday when we dropped her off-they were very nice and seem to genuinely care!

Nemo has arrived safely. I was able to pick him up just before 11:00 local time after Nemo's plane landed at 8:53 (about 100 minutes later than scheduled). Nemo was in good spirits and seemed to have handled the trip very well.
There were no problems in picking him up (only had to sign a few forms). I received all of the original paperwork.
We are now in the process of getting Nemo acclimated to his new surroundings.

Thank you very much for the special care you took of our dog during his stay at your kennel and on the ride to the airport. Shipping a dog to Hawaii can be so stressful . You and your staff were so thoughtful and patient with my many e-mails. When our dog arrived he was calm and showed no sign of stress.This is amazing considering that our dog has anxiety!
I wanted to make sure our dog arrived happy and safe for my two boys. Their dad just left for Iraq for a year . This is his second tour in 12 months. My children having their dog back was an uplifting blessing and we wanted to make sure your knew how instrumental you were in making our reunion a successful one.

My apologies for not having written to you sooner to say thank you for all your help, advice and assistance you gave for bringing my little Westie dog 'Daisy' back from Orlando to Scotland.
Throughout every step of the way you gave me support in all the procedures involved with paperwork and red tape as well as reassurance and guidance.
Daisy arrived in London as if nothing had ever happened and was not stressed in the least, in fact once let out of her crate, after a very emotional reuniting hug and tummy rub, she just hopped into the car ready for her next journey.
I can't thank you enough for all your help you really made the whole process so simple without me for one moment ever worrying that something had been forgotten or not done. You were so patient with my endless emails asking questions and queries and never made me feel I couldn't ask a stupid question. Thank you for that.
You would definately be the first person I would think of if ever I had to recommend this service to anybody and if in the future I need to take Daisy abroad again you will be the first number I call.

I just want to thank you and Dr. Dale for all your help in getting our cats over to Ireland. I was quite distressed when I first contacted you. The person I had been working with prior to contacting Airpets quit working with me once we moved overseas without any explanation or contact. You not only put my mind at ease, but quickly stepped in and provided exceptional service. Your attention to detail ensured our cats a safe and expedient arrival. I can't express enough our gratitude.
The cats arrived healthy and happy Tuesday afternoon. Upon 30 minutes after arrival the cats had eaten and were lounging about as if they had always live in our little flat. By Thursday night the cats were back on their regular schedule.
Thank you for your patience, professionalism and quality service. We could not have gotten our cats to Ireland without your assistance. Our flat feels like a home now we have our entire family together.
